The investor has decided to renovate the old roof and replace it with a 2-in-1 solar roof. The assembly substructure developed by SunRoof made it possible to integrate the photovoltaic panels with toughened enameled glass, which is the filling of the inactive part of the sheathing. The 49 m2 solar roof has an output of 9,99 kWp and can generate 9,200 kWh of electricity per year. A SunRoof roof reduces 4,319 kg CO2 per year. The breakthrough glass-glass technology provides higher performance and durability.

The investor from Poland has decided to use the 2-in-1 solar roof technology. The assembly substructure developed by SunRoof made it possible to integrate the photovoltaic panels with the roofing tile, which is the filling of the inactive part of the sheathing. The designer dormer window in the shape of "the eye" is also noteworthy, which, surrounded by SunRoof technology, looks impressive. The solar roof has an output of 18.525 kWp and can generate 17,887 kWh of electricity per year. It reduces 8,401 kg CO2 per year.

Photovoltaic façade from SunRoof

A photovoltaic façade has turned a single-family house in Lodz, Poland into a private "green power station". As emphasised by the investor, he installed it mainly due to the savings that can be generated by opting for pure energy. The 2in1 façade with a power of 6.825 kWp produces 6,490 kWh of free electricity a year and makes it possible to significantly lower the costs of heating the building, powering its equipment and charging an electric car. It reduces CO2 emissions by 5,270 kg a year too.
